General Provisions
jeeta is an online gaming platform that provides various gaming services to Bangladeshi users, including slots, live casino, and sports betting. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services on the jeeta platform. Account Registration and Eligibility

- You may hold only one account — opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)
jeeta may request identity documents, proof of address, or any other relevant documents from a user at any time. jeeta reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in the immediate closure of the account and the balance may be forfeited.
2.2 Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account secure. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately. jeeta will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access.
Deposits and Financial Transactions
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are currently available for financial transactions on jeeta. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. This minimum applies equally across all payment methods.
3.1 Deposit Policy
- Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Depositing from a third-party account is prohibited, and jeeta reserves the right to reverse such transactions.
- Deposited funds are generally credited instantly; if there is a technical issue, please contact the support team.
3.2 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method registered in your own name that you used to deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification is not complete.
- Winnings from bonuses require the relevant wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal.
- In cases of suspicious activity, jeeta may hold any withdrawal pending an investigation.
Bonuses and Promotions
jeeta offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own conditions, and failure to comply may result in the bonus being cancelled.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,500; to withdraw, you must wager ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000. This bonus is not real cash — the maximum bonus amount must always be stated alongside the percentage (e.g. 150% bonus, up to ৳15,000).
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each promotion may be claimed only once per account.
- Bonuses may not be exchanged or transferred to anyone else.
- Bonus balances may not be withdrawn before the wagering conditions are met.
- Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts or via family members may result in the closure of all related accounts.
- jeeta reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
Gaming Rules and Conditions
All games available on jeeta are operated through third-party software providers. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game itself. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is entirely independent and cannot be influenced.
5.1 Technical Issues
jeeta is not responsible for the outcome of a round in the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game. In such situations, the server log record will be considered the final proof.
5.2 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or market. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted. jeeta reserves the right to adjust individual betting limits in certain circumstances.
Prohibited Activities
Involvement in any of the following activities will result in the immediate closure of the account and the balance may be forfeited:
- Attempting to cheat or defraud any game or system on the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
- Attempting to collect bonuses by creating multiple accounts ("bonus abuse").
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Harassing or acting inappropriately toward other users.
- Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age).
Liability and Notices
jeeta will not be liable for any financial or non-financial loss suffered by a user as a result of service interruptions, technical errors, or third-party actions. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis.

Account Closure and Suspension
8.1 Closure by jeeta
If there is a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or evidence of fraud, jeeta may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. In such cases, balances and bonuses may be forfeited.
8.2 Closure by the User
If you wish to close your own account, please notify the support team. Withdraw any withdrawable balance before the account is closed. Self-exclusion may also be requested as part of responsible gaming.
